A wine with a combination of freshness, lightness and complexity, made from some of the oldest Grenache strains in Spain.

100% Garnachas Centenarias (pre-phylloxera vines from a single location at over 900 m above sea level), aging for 12 months in used barrels in order to create as much freshness, fruit and tension in the wine as possible.

The color alone gives an idea of what you can expect on the palate. A bright ruby red sparkles from the glass and, thanks to the high position, suggests Burgundian elegance. The nose is pampered by ripe plums, a touch of pepper and fascinating herbal fragrances. The prelude on the palate is wonderfully smooth, silky tannins, beautiful fruit sweetness, smoky notes and a touch of vanilla round off the extraordinary wine experience. The great minerality is in the foreground, long lingering in the finish.
