CATA’S NOTES:
With a surprising and lively ruby red color, this special Carmenère is both intense and surprising. Its aromatic palette is very different from what the wines of this variety usually show. It all comes from the special terroir on the stony hillside where its vines are grown. Its bouquet is completed with rich and fruity aromas of tart cherry and blueberries, soft notes of herbs and spices, as well as a graphite background. In the mouth it is juicy, alive and bloody.
Full of fruitiness, medium and deep structure, the unique texture of its tannins makes this wine one that is both direct and elegant, and as it is tasted it shows all its personality.
