HARVEST: Manual and mechanical. Grenache: mid-September. FERMENTATION: 1st fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-16oC. 2nd fermentation in bottle by the Traditional Method.
AGEING: Ageing average period of 12 months on their lees. BOTTLE TYPE: Eco 750ml.
IN APPEARANCE: Cherry colour with ruby tones
ON THE NOSE: Elegant aroma of flowers and fruit (strawberry and raspberry), with light toasted notes of ageing.
ON THE PALATE: Rounded and sensuous on the palate, very feminine. Feels fresh, bright and lively in the mouth. Leaves pleasant fruit sensations in the finish.
Recommended for drinking on its own at any time, as a aperitif and with all kinds of food. Serve at 5-6oC.
